But, the above free programs DO work very well for those who might not be ready, or in a position, to make an investment.

It seems odd, though, that some will spend hundreds on a computer, but don&#039;t think it important to spend $30 - $60 to help prolong its life and keep its performance optimized.</description>

		<description>I am using the latest automatic Diskeeper version on my 160 GB drive that gets fragmented like an epidemic owing to all the photo editing I use the PC for. What took ages with the Windows tool is a breeze for DK. The background defrag also works perfectly even with other resource intensive programs. I would definitely recommend it over other freeware.</description>
